Birds are indicators of the environment. If they are in trouble, we know we'll soon be in trouble.

Our Mission:

Trust For Wildlife is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, whose mission is to reverse the losses of forest, grasslands and wetlands that plants and wildlife depend on in order to sustain the health of the planet. We do this through habitat conservation, restoration, education, and advocacy for sustainable practices.

Conserving Critical

Habitats

Over the past five decades, our planet has endured increasing pressures and a very significant loss of wildlife habitats.

It is the role of Trust For Wildlife to reverse these trends and failings. Our future depends on daily and continuing hard work and our programs do just that.

Our Beginnings

Trust For Wildlife was formed in 1981 by Marshal Case, at the time Senior Vice President for education for National Audubon Society. Trust For Wildlife has remained a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization for 29 years, and grown to put over $50,000 into conservation projects and partnerships each year.
